Research goals

  1. Develop effective methods for genomic analysis of circulating cell-free tumour DNA (ctDNA), a source of information that is readily accessible in patient plasma and body fluids.
  2. Establish new paradigms for noninvasive molecular diagnostics of cancer based on ctDNA.
  3. Leverage ctDNA as a powerful tool to study tumour evolution and resistance to therapy.
