The Cancer Research UK Cambridge Research Institute's inaugural annual Symposium, to be held on 12-13 September 2008 at the Li Ka Shing Centre in Cambridge, will focus on the challenges of cancer research, specifically:

Each of these topics will be discussed by 4 invited expert speakers. Delegates will have the opportunity to present a poster or a short talk at the Symposium - see Submitting an abstract and registering for full details.

Registration fees are £375 (€472 or USD734) for full registration; or £160 (€200 or USD312) for non-residential registration - see Submitting an abstract and registering for full details.

Attendance at the Symposium is limited to the first 160 applicants.

The registration deadline has been extended to 10 September 2008
