The knowledge and experience of our clinical and research staff is crucial to the success of the Cambridge Cancer Research Hospital project.

We have several opportunities for staff to be involved in the project.
- Clinical area working groups - including in-patients and the day unit, we have several working groups of staff from those areas who meet regularly to review the plans and talk through ideas for improvements.
- Staff Reference Group - a collaborative group of research and clinical staff who engage in many aspects of the project. In the first year, the group discussed the food strategy for CCRH, took part in creative arts activities and shared their hopes for the hospital.
- All-Staff Briefings - quarterly virtual meetings for staff across the University and Cambridge University Hospitals to hear from the project team.
